Carpoly 520 Emulsion Wall Coating is suitable for standard decoration. It dries to a tough, smooth and durable matt finish. It reinforces the wash ability which allows you to remove various kinds of dirt and stains without leaving any marks and superior opacity provide the best solution in ease of application.

Theoretical Coverage:	Theoretically 1 litre of this product covers 12 sqm in 1 coat. Coverage varies considerably depending on application methods and surface roughness and porosity.
Shelf Life:	Minimum12 months at 77F(25C) unopened and store in cool and dry places.
Recommended Film Thickness:	Wet: 80 micron Dry:  30 micron
Dry Time: At 77F (25C) and 50% R.H. to recoat	Touch Dry: 1 hours Recoat : 2-3 hours
Application:	Brush, Roll, conventional spray or Airless Spray. Thinner: Thin up 15% depend on different application methods & temperature. Do not over thin by adding more than 30% water. Brush or Roller: For sealing new or bare surfaces thin with up to 1 part of clean water to 5-10 parts of paint(10%-20%) Conventional Spray: Add up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint(20%) Airless spray: do not thin
Clean-up:	Clean up equipment with water

GENERAL SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be clean, dry, free of oil, dirt, chemicals, mildew, moisture content less than 14% and pH value below10.

New Surfaces:

Fresh concrete must cure at least 28 days and meet the surface preparation requirement. To resist alkalis and to obtain best results first apply Carpoly Alkali Resistance Primer.

Previously Painted Surface:

Remove flaking paint or powdery, fill the defects and dusting ofo seal powdery surface and to obtain best results first apply Carpoly Alkali Resistance Primer

Fungus Growth Wall:

Remove all fungus by scraping following by using a suitable abrasive paper.Wash the surface with appropriate fungus watching, clean and wait till dry To seal powdery surface and to obtain best results first apply Carpoly Alkali Resistance Primer
